SECURITY AND ISSUER. -------------------- This Amendment No. 6 ("Amendment No. 6") to the Statement on Schedule 13D (the Statement as so amended, the "Statement") relates to the Common Stock, par value $.001 per share (the "Common Stock") of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a New York corporation (the "Company"). Because the Reporting Persons beneficially owns less than five percent of the total shares of Common Stock outstanding, this amendment constitutes the final amendment to the Statement with respect to the Reporting Persons. (b) The Reporting Persons share the power to vote or direct the vote and to dispose or to direct the disposition of the shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by such Reporting Person as indicated above.
